Our office will be closed on the following dates each year:

New Year’s Day (January 1)
Additional Closures: The day before (December 31) and the day after (January 2)
Martin Luther King Jr. Day (3rd Monday in January)
Lincoln’s Birthday (February 12) (Recognized in California)
Presidents’ Day (3rd Monday in February)
César Chávez Day (March 31) (Recognized in California)
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19)
Independence Day (July 4)
Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
Indigenous Peoples’ Day/Columbus Day (2nd Monday in October)
Veterans Day (November 11)
Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
Additional Closures: The day before (Wednesday) and the day after (Friday)
Christmas Day (December 25)
Additional Closures: The day before (December 24) and the day after (December 26)

Weekend Observance

If any holiday above falls on a Saturday or Sunday, our office will observe the closure on the nearest weekday (generally Friday or Monday), consistent with state and federal guidelines.

Note to Clients

We encourage you to plan your legal needs accordingly, as staff will be unavailable on these dates.
If you have an urgent matter around a holiday closure, please contact us in advance so we can schedule a time to address your concerns.
